Cancelling or changing your order
If you have changed your mind about the order you made and would like to cancel or change it, please email a-member.club@mail.com, quoting your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Incorrect orders
If you have received your order from a-member.club and it is incorrect please email us immediately with your order number so that we can arrange to have your correct product emailed to you. At a-member.club, we will replace any incorrect order with your chosen one within 1 working day upon receipt of the incorrect order/s you've received. We ask our customers to advise us as soon as possible if your order has been delivered late or is incorrect. At a-member.club we take pride in providing the highest quality product to our customers and are committed to ensuring that we deliver excellence in customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchase and welcome any feedback.
Refunds
Due to the nature of this product all sales are final and no refunds can be given.
